PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

Prior to enrollment, you will be required to complete a physical examination from a licensed physician, plus provide a record of your immunizations, Hepatitis B (start), and a CPR Certification (CPR will be scheduled and made available for students who do not have).

Included:  Textbook, use of office computers and Innova management program, all materials and supplies for this 10 week course term (Monday and Thursday evenings).

THE ART OF CLINICAL CHAIRSIDE DENTAL ASSISTING

TUITION  $3150.00

Included: Textbook, scrubs for wear during class, protective eye wear, all materials and supplies for the 12 Sundays course term.
